Paul Renfro, Owner/Devloper/Builder

Paul has been in construction for over 40+ years. Starting out painting houses right after high school, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. After working for many years with some of DFW's top builders, Paul ventured out on his own and  turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.

Sylvia C. Smith, Sales/Design

Sylvia has 20+ years of experience working in the real estate industry and home building.   Sylvia leads you through the build process from your lot choice to designing your floorplan, color selections and lender choices, guiding you every step of the way!

Sarah C Bartel/Accounting Manager

Sarah has a background in contracts, administration, and accounting and has worked for major hotel firms in sales and marketing before joining the real estate world.  Sarah keeps the financial side of the business humming.  

AJ Garcia/Building Superintendent

A native Texan with years of experience in commercial construction, road logistics, and currently residential construction...AJ has excellent customer service skills and a move forward attitude.  AJ listens to the client and delivers!
